Use

• Apply sparingly at nighttime before bed

Directions for use

Apply at night to underarms for first one to two nights. Use sparingly. After initial use, may apply topically along lymphatic areas on the chest and neck area continuing to the underarm. Excellent for breast, neck, stomach, groin, bottom of feet as a topical cleanse to encourage lymphatic fluid flow. Best used at night, but can be applied during the day and used in saunas, and other heat generated activities. If pregnant or lactating, consult a health care professional before use.
